In cookery club since Christmas we have learnt lots of new skills. We made scones and learned how to rub butter into flour. We used the claw method of using a sharp knife to chop vegetables to make puff pastry tarts. Last night we made lime cheesecakes. We had to melt butter, crush biscuits, whip cream and zest and juice limes. We are becoming experts in the kitchen. Please have a look at our recipes below.
