MR COWLING'S PE EXTRAS AT HOME
I’ve set up a YouTube channel so for the next few weeks am going to upload some daily PE based activities for the children which any year group can do. Each week there will be a different theme and so for the 1st week the focus is on fitness and fundamental movement patterns.
There are 5 simple exercises set up for the children to view and have a go at and then record their results each day, trying to beat their score in the process.
Also, I’ve set up another task which is linking spelling to exercise. I’ve also attached the written material for this and put a video clip on YouTube as to how it works but basically there are 26 different exercises and each letter represents a different exercise so as they spell out each letter they have to perform that exercise for a certain amount of time.
If you think it’s something that the children might like to use, then all parents need to do is type in to
google “SC Education YouTube” or the link is
